Esteban Larrosa
Esteban Larrosa, TWR vice president for Latin America, the Caribbean and U.S. Spanish ministry, has been part of the TWR family as long as he can remember. His parents, Lemuel and Sonia, were pioneers of the Latin American ministry of TWR. Lemuel continues editing a devotional booklet for and by Latin Americans.
Esteban earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of the Republic in Uruguay and his master’s in evangelism and spiritual formation from Wheaton College in Illinois along with complementary studies in leadership, organization and communications.
He returned to his native country as he finished his studies at Wheaton to become national director of RTM (Radio Trans Mundial) Uruguay. He was promoted to regional ministry director in 2018 with responsibility for Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. In 2021, he was promoted to international director for Latin America, Caribbean and U.S. Spanish ministry and in 2022 to his current post.
Esteban is focused on developing specific programming for youth, for women, and for men. His overriding goal is to build up disciples of Christ in partnership with churches.
Esteban and his wife, Andrea, celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2023. They are the parents of three children: Ismael, Emiliano and Eugenia. They live in his hometown, Montevideo, Uruguay.
