Following God’s call as a child into fulltime Christian work, Carol arrived on Bonaire in August 1991 to serve with TWR in the finance office. Since then, she has had the opportunity to see God’s global ministry of TWR first-hand while serving in Canada, Guam, Singapore, South Africa, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Holland as well as other TWR offices.

Carol served at the office in Cary, North Carolina doing a variety of jobs in the area of finance from 1998 to 2017.In August 2017 Carol arrived in Guam to serve as Office Manager and Accountant for TWR's transmitter site.She also serves as Sr. Accountant for the Asia region, assisting the Asia Finance Director.

Carol returned to serve at the Cary, NC office in May of 2026 after the decommissioning of the Guam station.
