In order to make knowledgeable decisions about the kind of programming suitable to regions and people groups, we need information – can you help us? Your internship will include research on countries, peoples and media trends. What you discover about TWR’s audience and donors will inform our strategic planning. Your liaison with National Partners in the region, helping them implement audience research tools, will be an important part of bringing spiritual refreshment to many. Research Intern: Central and Eastern Europe
The intern will focus on specifically assigned projects for the Central and Eastern European region and work closely to support TWR’s National Partners. The goal is to do thorough audience research and to measure the distribution and impact of our ministry in the various countries in which we broadcast. The candidate works closely with the Ministry Director of Central and Eastern Europe, who is responsible for nine National Partners in 15 different countries, broadcasting in 18 different languages.

Responsibilities:
- Work on audience research project to measure the ministry distribution and impact
- Work on research project to learn more about the motivation and needs of our donors
- Perform audience research among listeners to learn more about their habits and needs
- Reach out and visit churches for research purposes
- Manage online tools for research activities
- Support National Partners to implement audience research tools themselves
Desirable Qualifications:
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Good people skills and a team spirit to work well with others
- Possess a solid understanding of various ways of doing research
