Recruit staff needed to carry out TWR’s global ministry. Mobilize men, women and families who want to serve short or long-term and fulfill God’s leading in missions in their lives.

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail and excellence ✓ Exhibit good people and administrative skills

Responsibilities:

• Connect with missionary, volunteer, short-term and intern contacts, inquirers, applicants and candidates to actively mobilize them for service and to ensure that their questions and concerns are responded to in a timely manner
• Represent and communicate the mission and ministry of TWR to various groups around the country (TWR covers travel costs)
• Coordinate assigned recruiting event logistics, including registration, attending the event, and presenting TWR while following up with contacts made
• Look for new avenues from which to recruit missionaries and investigate their potential Encourage other Christians to engage in global missions

Desirable Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Sales experience helpful but not required
• Cross-cultural experience and experience living overseas
• Experience in Ministry Partner Development (MPD) (raising support) desired but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
