Job Purpose Summary

  1. Responsible for providing support in these various HR functions: compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, recruitment and selection, training and development, counselling employees on regional teams and in the Singapore office, and protecting TWR from HR-related litigation and/or disputes by ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws
  2. Work in cooperation with regional leadership team members, Singapore office department leaders, and HR personnel
  3. Sustain a collaborative relationship with the Global HR (GHR) team
  4. Work closely with the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) and regional leadership in delivering effective HR strategies and outcomes through the development and recommendation of HR policies, best practices and procedural improvement of HR services
  5. Oversee global HR projects as directed by the CPO

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Required language: English
  • At least 5 years of working experience in this global/regional-related field 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably experience as a Senior Manager, specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
