Provides finance services to TWR-Africa and leadership to the Africa Finance Team. Ensures that regional financial information is reported in a timely and correct way, in compliance with US GAAP and TWR policies and procedures. Monitors regional financial activity, ensuring transactions are captured accurately and posted on a timely basis. Maintain a healthy system of regional internal controls, ensure compliance with internal controls, and monitor the effectiveness of the internal control environment. A bachelors’ or higher degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience in non-profit finance and excellent English language and cross-cultural leadership skills required.
