As believers in Christ, we are supposed to grow in our faith.  For instance, in 2 Peter 3:18 (ESV), we read, "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" or in 1 Peter 2:2 (ESV), "Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation."  That's where Christian radio comes into play.  It's an excellent tool for discipleship.  For instance, in Indonesia, TWR broadcasts radio programs and also organizes listener groups.  According to TWR's International Director for Southeast Asia, Freddy Makitan, "we (TWR) help them in the group to grow up."
