"Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful" (1 Corinthians 4:2, NKJV).  Whether we're talking about a major global ministry, a local church, or an individual believer, we must continue to faithfully plough ahead in the mission field in which God has placed us.  Even when we don't see fruit from our labor, Brad Swanson of TWR-Bonaire says that we must "go on faith that if we present the Word of God that people are going to hear it, and it is going to change their lives."
