Jesus told his disciples in Matthew 9:37, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest."  TWR President Lauren Libby puts it this way, "there's a labor force problem in the Kingdom!"  So, how do we get more people interested in giving to missions and going to the mission field?  Obviously, we need to start with earnest prayer.  And along with prayer, it is my desire that a daily dose of "Footsteps" will inspire and motivate more people to pray and get involved with God's Great Commission.
