Joe Barker wears many hats for TWR.  Along with being the station manager for TWR-Bonaire, Joe also serves as TWR's Americas Regional Technical Director.  What exactly does that title mean?  Well, Joe oversees the technical equipment for all of our studios in the America's region.  You could say that Joe is somewhat of a "techie" who knows his stuff.  Not only does he have a trained ear for radio, but he can rattle off by memory the specifications for numerous pieces of studio equipment.  But, there's more to Joe than just an interest in the latest and greatest radio technology.  He has a heart and passion for missionary radio work, and when Joe Barker says "the bottom line is ministry," he means it!
