There have been many times when I have been speaking live on the air, that a thought or illustration will suddently pop into my head.  I'll think of a scripture verse that fits, and then I'll make my point as clearly and concisely as possible.  On multiple occasions, I remember turning off the microphone and crying alone in the radio control room knowing that God had just spoken through me.  Jonathan Williams, Founder and President of Word of God Speak Ministries can relate.  He echoes my feelings by saying that he is "totally astonished that God would use" him.  It's humbling, but it's also exciting to think that as an ambassador of Christ, God often "makes his appeal" (2 Corinthians 5:20, ESV) or "pleads through us" (NKJV).  But, with this high honor comes the responsibility of handling God's Word with care when we teach it!
