It was in a noisy hallway at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention where I interviewed Vasile Filat of Precept Ministries Eurasia.  When he said "My Country is Moldova," I must admit, I knew I needed my world atlas.  But the biggest surprise came when he explained the various ways Precept Bible study material was being used in his country!
