Nate and Janette are natives of Kansas, and since joining TWR, they have lived in multiple countries in Asia, Africa, The Caribbean, and Europe.

Nate has long experience in radio and is currently Team Leader for Audio and Acoustics on the Global Engineering Team. He is also a Content Specialist on the Global Content Team. His responsibilities includes designing and building new FM radio networks, radio live streams, studios, and remote broadcast systems and introducing new technologies. He spends much of the year on projects around the world. He also designs the audio chain at various TWR studios and broadcast outlets. With the Content Team he works with others developing and refining new broadcast intiatives. He also enables enginnering support for the new broadcasts. Janette is a past program producer for Women of Hope.

They have five adult children. Four live in Kansas and one (Hannah) is a TWR missionary serving in Cary.
