Harry and Eileen

Harry has been with TWR since 1981 and spent his first 14 years on Guam, followed by 23.5 years in the Netherlands. He and his wife, Eileen, relocated to our office in Cary, NC on June 14, 2019 in order for Harry to become TWR's next Global Thru the Bible Liasion. He enjoys working with various language teams around the world in making the TTB audio and TV programs as effective as possible.

Harry and Eileen met at a retreat for single missionaries in the French Alps in June 2002. Eileen left her ministry in Paris before they were married Oct. 4, 2003. After serving 12+ years as the office manager for TWR's location in Barneveld, Netherlands, she is now a Personal Ministry Partnership Development trainer with experience providing these trainings in Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Hungary, South Africa, E-Swatini and the U.S.

Prayer Letters

Prayer Requests

October 9, 2019

We appreciate your prayers as we continue to get settled into our new location--Cary, NC. We are very grateful for our apartment and are still praying for a new home church, deep friendships, etc.

Please pray for stamina and wisdom for Harry as he acclimates to his new position as TWR's global liasion with Thru the Bible (the program we broadcast in the most languages).

Thank you so much!

Prayer Requests

Thank you for praying that ...

  • Harry will fully [soon] recover from a bad cold/cough and that I wouldn't get it
  • we will be productive during our post-return-from-Europe quarantine
  • we will use this unique time to grow deeper in our relationship with the Lord and each other
  • God will make it clear ot us what should be our new church home
  • we will be able to build some relationships with non-believers

Prayer Requests

  • Like many of you, we are anxious to be able to travel again, especially to see family who are a 7 - 12+ hours drive away from our home in NC. There are many ministry trips on hold as well. We appreciate prayer that we would know when, where and in what order to plan these trips!
  • Prayer for wisdom, good prioritization and creativity in our work/ministry tasks is always welcome!
