It was never enough for Nicole just to be a church-going Christian. Although active in a local church, she always felt like there would be more. In her early 20s, Nicole knew that God was calling her to do something meaningful, maybe even to full time ministry. Being a young enthusiastic woman, she always thought it will be to serve as a pastor or a field worker with her home church. Little did she know, God was calling her to something different, one that would put her in touch with a global media mission organization.
After more than 12 years of work in the secular world, we see God ushering her into ministry. Today, Nicole serves the Lord and His co-laborers in TWR Asia at the Asia Regional Support Services office in Singapore. She juggles the leadership role as Director of Asia Regional Human Resources and supports the International Director of Asia Regional Support Services as his deputy.
Despite the high level of commitment, Nicole tells us that she is passionate in providing a conducive environment for the staff. “I do this through my work in regular HR functions and by advocating for organizational member care and personnel-related field crisis contingency planning. I also assist our regional leadership in facilitating a work environment of excellence and grace.”
At TWR Asia where Nicole puts her passions to work, she is rewarded with a fulfilling time always. “It is meaningful to me that I can be God’s instrument to take care of the same people who have sacrificed much and are working relentlessly to serve God, so together we can reach the lost for Christ. This is especially so for me with our co-workers who are serving in difficult and highly sensitive locations.”
Join Nicole in her journey to reach millions of people everyday with the hope of Christ through media!
