Our teams need folks who can oversee reports and letter response excerpts, keep program data up to date, network with our partners and perform general administrative duties. Broadcasting
Does your heart beat faster when you think of the effect music can have on people’s lives? TWR uses music in our programming to encourage and reach our listeners with the Gospel. But – we need gifted individuals to research, audition and catalogue tunes. If you have a good awareness of the current Christian music industry, artists and styles, can assist in development of a website to allow our partners access to our music database and have some experience with Cool Edit and Access, then you may be able to use your gifts here for the furtherance of the Kingdom.

Craftsmen
Be honest. Did you get in trouble for taking apart the radio when you were five years old? Do you love to fix things? Climb things? Build things? If you want to work with your hands but be a part of God’s work around the world, TWR might be the place for you. From antenna riggers to building and transmitter maintenance, there are many opportunities to get your hands dirty while participating in God’s rescue mission for the world.

Engineering/Audio Technician
Do you know your way around studio equipment? Do you wince when you hear poorly-broadcast radio programs? Maybe you can help change that! A position with TWR as an engineer/audio technician would include travelling to TWR’s partner offices to repair and upgrade broadcast equipment and personal computers while training local staff. Keeping a supply of replacement parts and oversight of service manuals and studio wiring is essential. Skills in working with RF circuits, logic circuits, automation systems, project management, and computers combined with good documentation disciplines will be utilized. An associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or computer science can be so helpful in using technology to spread the news of Jesus to the world!

English Language Program Coordination
How does a radio ministry best reach their audience? Do you think you could motivate presenters and producers and present TWR’s ministry to partners, broadcasters and organizations? With your knowledge of Christian broadcasting in a particular cultural context, you could help us monitor audience response, work with a program development team and manage program content and scheduling to bring life-changing radio to the world!

Finance
Using the Lord’s resources well is a must in any Christian organization. If facts, figures and spreadsheets are in your talent pool, consider how your gifts can be used directly for the Kingdom! You would have the opportunity to participate in preparation of departmental expense budgets, regional income forecasts and assist in entry of budget details into TWR’s system. Government and other reporting will be done, along with managing foreign currencies and ensuring smooth business compliance and procedures, while interfacing with local government officials.

Fund Development
Do you enjoy developing relationships with people and challenging other to become a part of God’s rescue mission for the world? TWR is looking for individuals who will work to keep TWR’s stakeholders informed about the ministry of TWR International by maintaining major donor/client accounts, developing new resources and training emerging nation ministries in biblical stewardship and fundraising. These individuals would also work to develop a strategy to provide existing and potential donors with information about TWR’s international funding needs. An established personal support base is required.

Global Strategic Plan Advocate
Do you consider yourself creative with a “hands on” mentality? Are you comfortable exploring new ideas and partnerships? TWR’s goal is to assist the local church through Christ-centered programming that focuses on six main initiatives: Leadership Development, Youth, Women, Oral Communicators, Wholistic Health and Extending the Reach. If you’d like to engage in advancing these initiatives through innovative mass media, TWR may be the place for you. Necessary to serving in this capacity is a deep commitment to embrace TWR’s Global Strategic Plan (GSP) combined with a clear sense of God’s call and an attitude for development and cooperation with others.

Information Technology/Information Systems
Does the thought of using new technology make you salivate? Do you have training and/or experience in systems administration, programming, web design, etc? TWR is looking for individuals with skills in both the hard and soft sciences of computers and might be just the place for you. The IT/IS team uses cutting edge technologies to put programs on the air, connect a global staff, manage information, and automate a variety of tasks. Program Production
Do you have a heart for developing programming that meets people where they are with encouragement, admonition and biblical teaching? Producing quality programs, writing articles for internet and print media, developing program content manuals and expanding resources and contacts for programs with TWR might be just the ministry for you! Knowledge of audio editing software would be advantageous, along with training in radio program production and script writing.
