Digital Recruiter

The TWR Europe Human Resources team is looking for a missionary to serve as Digital Recruiter to help people find their fit in missions with TWR.

• Passion for supporting Christian cross-cultural workers.
• Experience with and passion to use digital tools and platforms for ministry.
• Knowledge of and experience how to work with social media platforms, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience in or desire to learn about search engine optimization and online marketing tools.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage resources toward strategic outcomes and goals.
• Able to independently develop big-picture strategy and implement it in practical ways.
• Displays high professional and social competence in dealing with others.
• Proficient in working in cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a social media and online marketing strategy for searching potential candidates.
• Actively search for suitable candidates online.
• Manage relationships in consultation with HR team for potential candidates’ placements.
• Cooperate with Digital Media Content Coordinator social media posts for job opportunities.
• Seek cooperation with other online platforms in Europe to gain more interest into the ministry of TWR.
• Online networking with potential job seekers on various platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (or comparable experience) in Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Experience in social media, esp. LinkedIn
• Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Commitment to TWR’s Mission Statement, strategic direction, core values, and Statement of Faith
• Ability to work with people from other cultures and Christian backgrounds.
• Active member of an evangelical or protestant church
• Willing to represent TWR’s ministry and develop a spiritual and financial support base who provide full employment costs as a TWR missionary.
