Biography

Adam graduated in May of 2011 from Northwestern College, St. Paul, MN with a degree in Radio Broadcasting. Even before graduating, Adam sensed God calling him to use his passion and degree to expand His kingdom on earth via radio. Adam acted on God's call, joining TWR and obediently following Him to Johannesburg, South Africa. 

Adam's responsibilities with the TWR Africa staff are three-fold: Music Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Radio Presenter. As Adam puts it, "each role comes with its own unique list of responsibilities, and yet God couldn't have blessed me any more perfectly! Each role caters to a unique passion or interest of mine, and I've taken to my responsibilities quite enthusiastically."

Some of Adam's work with TWR Africa has included:

  • Re-organizing the entire music library, thus making it more effective and convenient for the Broadcast Department members
  • Prepared nearly 150 new songs to be added to the on-air playlist
  • Creating and now managing both TWR Radio 155's Facebook and Twitter accounts
  • Helping create and launch (with no previous web-design experience) TWR Radio 155's own website (http://www.twrradio155.org.za/)
  • Suggesting and implementing changes to the live, 2-hour programs Monday through Friday
  • Weekly on-air rotation with the other program presenters

Adam looks forward to seeing how the Lord will use him, both within and without of the TWR setting.

Prayer Requests

  • - Currently looking for a car. Praying that God will provide the right one for me. - For God's provisions in other areas as I continue settling in and adjusting. - That God would continue to put me outside of my comfort zone in order to grow my heart for the people of Africa. - That God would increase my ministry impact with TWR, as well as through opportunities outside of TWR.
