Ministry Projects : Bosnian Storytelling Programs

Bosnians love a good story, and there's no story quite as good or as powerful as those from the Scriptures. TWR's programs Stories from the Past and Treasures of Wisdom have each translated over 100 stories, mainly from Genesis, into a listener-friendly format that will effectively communicate God's Word to the people of Bosnia.

Bosnians have very few ways to learn about God's truths. Living in an oral society, Bosnians have no Bible in their native tongue, and only the four gospels are translated into nearby Serbian. (Stories from the Past, Treasures of Wisdom and most churches use a Serbo-Croatian version of the Bible, but it is not the true native language.) Radio and storytelling directly reach out to those of other religious groups in the area, drawing them in to the Bible.

Each minute of a program can bring many people a step closer to knowing the truth about God's amazing, saving gospel!
