Ministry Projects : It's Yours – Radio program for Cambodian Youth
Life for Cambodian teens and young adults is often bleak. Generations before them were decimated by the Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s, leaving families broken and many fatherless. Education is difficult to access, with many Cambodian youth unable to attend high school, let alone colleges or universities. Jobs are relatively hard to come by Cambodian young adults, and the influences of drug abuse, pornography and violence are increasing from all sides. Too often, young people are seeking a way out through suicide.
Young people in Cambodia need more than good principles by which to live their lives. They need the transforming power of the Holy Spirit to enable them to truly live.
It's Yours is a radio program produced by TWR-Cambodia to proclaim the Creator to non-believing young people living in Cambodia's cities. It's Yours seeks to help young people understand what a purpose-filled life looks like, and eventually guide them to receive the Lord as their Savior, glorifying Him as they grow in spiritual maturity.
