Ministry Projects : Bible Distribution Project (Nepal)
Many impoverished Christians in rural Nepal cannot afford to buy Bibles for themselves. Their remote, mountainous villages cut them off from other opportunities to receive biblical teaching, and those who must work long hours to feed their families cannot take time out to listen to radio programs when they would like.
To foster spiritual growth among these rural believers, TWR wants to distribute Bibles. This project will give 1000 poor families and individuals the opportunity to study the Word of God at their own time. TWR-Nepal will work with churches, community leaders, field workers and volunteers to identify people and groups of people to receive this precious gift.
We have a solid follow-up program in place to help recipients along their journey of salvation and discipleship. Through a combination of reading His Word and listening to TWR-Nepal's radio Bible study program, we believe that God will work in hearts and transform lives.
A gift of $35 would buy 10 Bibles for the materially and spiritually impoverished of Nepal. Please consider giving these rural poor the gift of God's Word.
