Ministry Projects : Siberian Youth - Radio Programs for Youth in Siberia and Russia

In Siberia and Russia, communism created a society where deceit, fear, immorality and an unwillingness to make decisions became normal. Alcoholism and drug addiction tear apart the lives of millions of Russians. In addition to these problems, HIV/AIDS has become a growing crisis because of drug use and sexual promiscuity. Today, it is feared that there are as many as 500,000 AIDS orphans in Russia.

In the midst of all this, how can we show Christ's love to the young people of Siberia? They need to see a difference in the lives of Christians, as well as the relevance of Jesus and the Bible that they often do not see in their families or friends. To answer this pressing need, TWR produces the following three-minute daily segments for local Siberian FM stations: Said-Done, Dialog, Intersection, Stop Station, Living Word and From Faith to Faith, all programs that discuss current issues while pointing to a hope in Jesus Christ.

The airtime for these programs is already sponsored, but TWR is still looking for sponsorship for the production work. For $20, you can help in the production of a three-minute segment.
