Ministry Projects : Hebrew Radio Programs

Within Israel, notably among Jews, interest in the gospel is increasing, especially in the last few years. According to Operation World, 7th Edition, the number of Messianic Jews is rising rapidly. They are believed to number up to at least 12,000. Some of these even come from a Haredi background, one of the most conservative forms of Orthodox Judaism. Messianic Jews are becoming a recognized part of Israeli society, but greater growth has intensified persecution.
Globally, there is a significant response to the gospel among the world's roughly 14 million Jews. Even the more conservative estimates indicate an unprecedented response. Some of the more optimistic claims exceed 100,000 that are believed to be linked with Messianic congregations. Most of these believers are in North America, as well as Russia, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. A much larger number have integrated into mainstream Christian churches (Operation World, 7th edition).
From a small studio in downtown Jerusalem, Bible teaching and special programs are made for the Jewish people in the language of the prophets, the Hebrew language that was dead for hundreds of years and came alive again in the 20th century, (Joe S., Director of Netivyah Bible Instruction Ministry). Kol Ha Yeshua is the longest radio broadcaster of the Good News of Yeshua in Hebrew in the history of Israel. It is believed that these are the only gospel programs in the Hebrew language anywhere on radio.
We have been broadcasting the gospel in Hebrew and teaching the Bible for more than 10 years. There are thousands of lessons recorded and thousands of audio files downloaded from the computer by Jews and Hebrew speakers from all around the world.
