Ministry Projects : Global Personnel Fund
TWR is not that different from many other organizations in that we always have personnel needs. But when positions continue to go unfilled due to a lack of financial resources, it puts tremendous strain and pressure on our workers. This type of situation is not only stressful and fatiguing, but it can have a significant impact on productivity as well.
Supporting our staff and keeping our global media outreach going at full strength are of uppermost importance to TWR. We value our people and are concerned for their welfare. The work that they do and the programs they produce deeply impact listeners and result in changed lives.
Some very strategic areas in our ministry need more missionaries and support staff in order to accomplish the daily task of presenting the gospel around the world. There is also a need to find new funding sources that will allow these ministries to grow.
