The Maintenance and Property Developer will be based at the TWR Africa Regional Office in South Africa and is to maintain the TWR office and studio building and several houses.

The Maintenance and Property Developer is to oversee all building and studio construction projects in the region and help with design and planning of buildings and audio studios for TWR in Africa.
